SRM's are so 07



The weather around here has been pretty terrible for the last few days, so I've been doing the workouts on the trainer. It really sucks, but with racing just around the corner, I'm in no position to be skipping workouts. Time goes a little faster if you surf the interweb while doing intervals... try it.

Are those leg warmers you are wearing? Did you open the door to cool it down and it got too cool? I would sweat all over the keyboard in that position...

Yeah, I don't really know why I wear them... I guess I just like the feeling, it's like a hug for your legs. They come off when the workouts start.

More importantly Ryan, you should try to TT position video game playing. Good to see the BikeReg kit everywhere and the workout dedication. Don't forget to change it up though with some MTB rides. I do see you have a pink SS there.

I'll have to give that a try. I just got back into playing some old school Nintendo 64. Maybe I can get 3 other guys to come ride the trainers and play some 4 player James Bond!
